for
@Tely ....
yes Telnames is pitching that to catch mobile web search for local info you need a dot TEL with TELnames bundle.
BUT .... there are no details , once you have set a TELnames, on how Google or others will retrieve you based on some generic keyword +geo search ...
A first move in a 2 steps approach, might be, from TELnames, to start marketing that phone and SMS and Coupons details when shown on a TELnames, are indeed ready for Call To Action on a mobile (Click or Touch to connect to the number, touch for SMS edition with number already typed in , etc as for pro TELs) increasing immediate customer reach through rate, threrefore urging for increased awareness or search results effective about said TELNAMES customer site.
The second move then would be , escaping from chicken and egg dilemna now about Telpages (out of mind however of TELNAMES, as TELPAGES is better for .... outnumbering pro TELs), to educate AT LEAST the 7200 TELNAMES owners to promote in their local regular marketing campaigns , that their customers can already/always google their name or activity, their town, and input still dot TEL in their search for local contacts, as dot TEL are known popular for contact details, and volonteer input of the TLD identifier .TEL in the search command line , DOES increase very efficiently the capability to retrieve a (their) mobile friendly TEL website immediately .
At the same time, the more (at least a fraction of) potential users are educated/trained to this , the better it gives more awareness to dotTEL higher ranking in results from search engines, and the better chances to grab more traffic from search to the said TELNAMES domain...
Not optimal nor pure vanilla process definitively for sure , but at least , delivering some better ranking results for TELNAMES

Watching the video shows how Telnames tries to explain this advantage. How else can Telnames explain it better?

Sure, and let' s say the video is quite positive about that.
But it is strange that TELnames (and ... yourself , why ? ;+) just forget and escaped about the second part of the process which is the retrieval of some random TELnames 's TEL by some geography X by some activity from any mobile users ( while intending to find practical local info from his mobile by mobile search whatever his target is a butcher, an hotel, a lawn mower guy nereby) , by any simple and relevant stategy , up to you , and demonstrate it on desktop and, as the focus in this post, on mobile devices.
When this second part is solved reasonnably, then a new era appears , that is the reason of my pointing this logically in the previous post ;+(
Indeed, until this is resolved, TELnames registrations numbers speak unforntunately by themselves (as also type of pro TELs new registration ) even before any bottom line consideration .
If you have any clues or ... insights , kindly do not refrain yourself to share, because this will benefit to TELnames, then to any other TEL , and to TELNIC in general , therefore, not innocent Nice to Have ...
